Browse Clusters

Here is provided the full list of all piRNA clusters stored on piRNAdb. We use the methodology of sliding window with all piRNAs that had unique aligments to the specific genome. We like to clarify that we are on a update proccess to use a better and new methodology that uses sliding windows, but also uses information about the amount of expression of each piRNAs to produce this cluster list.
Accessing any item, you will be redirected to the choosen cluster information, including ordinary statisthics, authors, amount of piRNA associated. It is also provided a list with as piRNAs associated to the cluster and their links.
You are able to choose how many itens do you want to display in each page on the selection box of "Filter" section. In the same section, you could choose to display only itens from one specific organism of interest.
