To get more information about the criteria we use to select piRNA sequences, access the specific page "About", item: piRNA Selection Criteria
Files in .fasta/.fa format.
Files compressed in Zip and Gzip format, however both have the same information. This option is available to make it easier to download and use for people who are not familiar to linux based system.
