We provide text files containing information about all piRNA alignments stored on piRNAdb to download. Alignments are separated by genome build code and also provide the piRNA access code associated.
To get more information about the software and parameters we used, access the specific page "About", item: Mapping piRNA
Text files separated by tabs and containing a header about each column.
Files compressed in Zip and Gzip format, however both have the same information. This option is available to make it easier to download and use for people who are not familiar to linux based system.
